These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Thrivr Productions ("Company", "we", "us") to any individual or business ("Client", "you") who engages our services. By booking, purchasing, or using any service offered by Thrivr Productions, you agree to these terms in full.
Thrivr Productions provides video production, video strategy, and marketing services including but not limited to conference and event videography, short-form video content, and paid advertising management. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal, invoice, or written agreement provided to the Client.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project date and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in delays to project delivery. Thrivr Productions reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
The number of included revisions is specified in your project proposal or invoice. Revision requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the draft. Requests submitted after this period may be treated as a new project.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and timely feedback as required for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the Client, including failure to provide content, approvals, or access to necessary resources, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to Thrivr Productions.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered video content for their stated business purposes. Thrivr Productions retains the right to use any work produced for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Thrivr Productions delivers high-quality video and marketing content based on proven strategies and documented results. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes including but not limited to revenue, leads, bookings, social media growth, or advertising performance. Results vary based on market conditions, client industry, and client actions outside of our control.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the Client after work has commenced, the Client is responsible for payment proportional to the work completed. If Thrivr Productions is unable to fulfill the agreed services, a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued.
Thrivr Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the amount paid by that Client for the specific project in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
