01 · Proven Home Improvements

Home improvement · decks & exteriors · July 20 – August 18, 2026 · 30 days

Proven Home Improvements (Home improvement · decks & exteriors): The owner quit his job.

One 30-day window put 164 leads and 147 inbound conversations into a home improvement company — enough booked work that the owner walked away from his W-2 and went full time on the business.

$300,000+ — revenue in the same 30 days

Reported by the client. Revenue is closed in their books — Meta measures leads, not jobs sold.

The situation

A home improvement operator running the business on referrals and evenings-and-weekends time, while still holding down a full-time job. Referrals came in waves. There was no way to plan a month, let alone quit anything.

What we did

We scripted and filmed a deck showcase campaign on location — real completed jobs, shot properly, cut for the feed. Every hook was tested on hook rate before budget went behind it. Leads route into a CRM the second they come in, so the owner gets notified while the prospect is still on their phone.

The outcome

Thirty days of that campaign produced 164 leads at $18.82 each and 147 inbound message threads on top. The client reports the work booked out of that window crossed $300,000 — and the owner handed in his notice and went full time on the company.

“The work stopped being something I did after hours. I quit my job.”

02 · United Window Solutions

Window replacement · Athens area · August 29 to September 26, 2026 · 28 days (Meta data pulled September 26)

United Window Solutions (Window replacement · Athens area): $1,197 in ads. $23,095 in closed jobs.

A window replacement company near Athens put $1,197 into Meta ads and closed $23,095 in jobs off the leads: $11,395, $8,400 and $3,300. That is about $19 back for every $1 in ad spend, in the first four weeks.

$23,095 — closed from $1,197.05 in ad spend (19.3x)

Three jobs reported by the client: $11,395, $8,400 and $3,300, closed while ad spend stood at $1,197.05 (September 23). Revenue is closed in their books. Meta measures leads, not jobs sold.

The situation

United Window Solutions had run Meta ads on their own before. Earlier campaigns had spent about $930 for three form leads. Window replacement is a considered purchase, and generic boosted posts were not reaching homeowners ready to get a quote.

What we did

We scripted and filmed a video ad that speaks straight to Athens area homeowners and answers what stalls a window sale: cost, energy savings, install time and trust. A lead form captures the estimate request, and every lead goes straight to the owner to call back.

The outcome

The campaign went live August 29. By September 23, $1,197.05 in ad spend had turned into three closed jobs worth $23,095. Through September 26 it has produced 72 leads at $18.65 each, with a 2.63% click-through rate, and it is still running.

03 · Lullwater Pools

Lullwater Pools (Pools · installation & service): We had to reduce the lead flow. They were too busy.

214 leads at $5.61 each off $1,200 in spend — the cheapest leads in the book. The calendar filled a month and a half ahead inside two weeks, and the job flipped from finding work to slowing the ads down.

Campaign action

The situation

A pool company with real capacity and a seasonal window that closes fast. Every week without booked jobs in the calendar is a week that does not come back.

What we did

Creative built around the finished product — the thing the buyer is actually imagining — paired with a lead form that qualifies on scope and timeline before it ever reaches the owner. Small daily budget on purpose, so the spend could scale with what the crew could physically install.

The outcome

$1,200 in ad spend returned 214 leads at $5.61 each. Inside two weeks the calendar was booked a month and a half ahead. We had to reduce the lead flow, not because the ads underperformed, but because the client was too busy to take the work.

“We had to slow the ads down. The calendar was full six weeks out.”

04 · Elite Retrofits

Elite Retrofits (Home retrofit · awnings & exteriors): It worked so well he hired us for his second company.

319 leads at $13.60 across 90 days. The clearest verdict on the work is not the number — it is that the owner handed us the ad account for the other business he owns.

Leads per week

The situation

A retrofit company that needed steady, qualified demand rather than a spike — the kind of flow a crew can be scheduled against week after week.

What we did

A rotating library of hook-tested creative rather than one hero ad. Winners get budget, fatigued creative gets pulled before cost per lead drifts. Across the 90 days the account averaged roughly 25 new leads every week.

The outcome

319 leads at $13.60 and 316 inbound conversations. Then the real signal: the owner asked us to run the ads for the second company he owns, and that account is now producing on the same system.

Second company · signage & fabrication

The same owner brought Thrivr into a second business he owns. That account has produced 74 leads at $36.15 over 90 days on $2,675 in spend — a higher cost per lead against a higher ticket, and enough volume that the team has been working through the backlog.

We run the system on ourselves

We buy our own medicine.

Most agencies sell paid advertising and then acquire clients through referrals. Thrivr runs its own Meta ads every single day at $50–$100/day — the same budget range a local business would run.

Six figures — revenue generated from our own ads

Thrivr Productions revenue attributed to our own Meta campaigns. Figure is from our books, not the ad account.

How these numbers were produced

Lead counts, cost per lead, ad spend, conversations, and reach are read directly from the Meta Marketing API for each client’s ad account, for the date range stated on each study. Data pulled 2026-08-18 unless a study states its own pull date. Cost per lead is ad spend divided by Meta-recorded leads for that window. Revenue figures are labelled client-reported wherever they appear, because a lead generation ad account measures leads — closed revenue lives in the client’s books. Results vary by market, ticket size, offer, and how fast a business follows up on its leads.
